The Battle of Narvik Based on the historical battles of Narvik, Norway (April 10, 1940 and April 13, 1940), this map calls for serious strategy. If you land on the west half of the map you will be in places with lots of ore but tough to defend with lots of open shoreline. On the eastern half of the map are easy to defend but are not as rich in ore and jewelry. The fjords make for interesting naval combat since in most of the sea areas of the map, you are in range of shore batteries. (To be continued...)
