Being a little cool may have caused a damper on the turnout. However, the Lone Star Warrior's Association's Good Day to Dine (DFW version) continued by going to Colter's BBQ at Lincoln Square in Arlington. It was good to see old friends at the GDtD. The KAG ship IKV Melota attended along with representatives of another KAG ship.

Food and service was good. I recommend trying the "hot and spicy" version of their BBQ sauce.

This was a double whammy. We then crossed the parking lot to the local Half Priced Books. With this raid, we managed some good purchases for ourselves and possibly for the Solstice Celebrations.

The uniformed members voted to have the next GDtD at the Movie Grill in the Highlands. The plan is that unless delayed again, ST:11 should have been released a weekend or two before. The day is planned for Saturday (the 28th) with the time to be determined by the four voting members when the movie times and availability are announced.

So that we can keep the proper count next March, Gizmo, Squeeze, Salek and T'Paun were the uniformed, voting members that must remember our obligation next March. We need to set our calendars or electronic reminders for this.
