Zdrastvetia! The DFW Lone Star Warrior's Association held its latest installment of their Good Day to Dine at "The Taste of Europe" in west Arlington (v'arlingtona)*
I wish that I could get the cyrillic alphabet to work here. Things get lost in the translation.

Our family arrived looking forward to this as we know the restaurant well. Since my son and I have been studying Russian (my third, his second language) this was a great place to come and practice. And, the food is great.

This shop is more than a restaurant, it is also an import store. The foods and hard goods from eastern Europe are wonderful. You can buy military uniforms or DVDs of "Dr. Zhivago".

I drove my son nuts as I expected him to translate for some of the Warriors present. I was intending to translate for the rest. It did not entirely work out that way, but some native Terran tongue was used that was not the ethnocentric English.
