Personal Log: INformal Campout, May 2011

Some of us decided that we had had enough cabin fever and declared a camping weekend. Others were invited.
Squeeze and Myself, T'paun and her parmachi, Dragen, and Amie (guest) showed up noonish on Saturday to set up camp.
Squeeze and I bicycled to the State Park, hence the bike and trailer in the picture. I have come to the conclusion that I need an in-line trailer. Towing that green parachute is not easy.
Squeeze's took her bike to the other side of the park to walk the trails with her plant identification books.
Until it became too dark, we were breaking in Dragen and Amie to the card game, "Magic". This was great because a week later, they came over to the house for gaming.
We packed up our stuff Sunday morning and bicycled back as it was our son's 16th birthday. We took him later that day to the House of Mirrors. That is a story in and of itself.
It was a great weekend. A bit windy. Not to hot. Not cold at all.

I hope to camp with them again soon.
