AER Joshua Halloween Party, 2008
AER: Joshua Halloween Party, 2008
OK, Warriors, this is a seriously well planned and executed annual event of the independent U.S.S. Joshua. Members of the K.A.G. ship I.K.V. Melota attended and and had a great time.
The Joshua really does have a good thing going here with years of experience. This is well worth attending for anybody within striking distance of the DFW area and I truly recommend that everybody within that range consider this event for your calendar.
It is held at a military club/restaurant. The facilities are very good and the food is catered by the restaurant/club. This allows the Membership to not worry about that much of their production.
As stated the party was well executed. There were awards for costumes, great decorations, dancing, music and more. The holodeck arch beconds the visitor into the party. For two years running, our Erin has been the registrar. You can also imagine that the costumes were first rate.
(The Goodwin family came as the entire Racer family. Speed, Trixie, Racer X, etc.)
We look forward to being their guests again next year.
Strength and Honor,
Ship's Brewer, IKV Melota
