AER: USS Joshua's Halloween Party, 2007

The KAG ship IKV Melota had the opportunity to attend the USS Joshua's Halloween Party. There were items for all ages, from kids to grups. Dancing, Kiddie Castle, Food and Costume Contests were all a part of this evening.

Erin of the Bynars was asked to serve as registration and she worked the table, taking pictures, explaining things and doing whatever she was required to do. She was a butterfly flittering around the front door.

The costumes were for the most part, non-trek. This was a nice change from the usual that allowed for some really fascinating work to be done. There was a run on "Little Red Riding Hood" with some four showing up.

Given the location and the catering, as well as the other preparations, this event allowed more of the Joshua's crew to participate as opposed to having to work. This was a well run and thought out event requiring the least amount of crewmember service possible.

Thanks for allowing us to participate.
