The crew of the KAG Ship IKV Melota gathered at the House of Tokq for the annual Christmas Party.

This is the usual pot luck casual dinner that leads to a Ferengi Gift Exchange.

The food was great and plentiful as usual and a very strong egg-nog came from some store. Nobody went away hungry. Then, we landed for the Ferengi Gift Exchange.

This would be a Terran White Elephant type exchange, except that there is a lot more bargaining and trading afterwards. There were three "extra" gifts relative to the number of participants. This made for "Let's Make a Deal" mode after the first round. Then, the left over gift boxes were parted out without mercy.

Our resident Ferengi was not present so the pace and physical violence of the gift exchange went down a lot of notches.

It was a blast as usual.
